SqueakGtk Launcher

I've made good progress :

* there is a new main interface and we don't need no more morphs :D
* Exceptions during the events are handled with a new Exception UI
* A new website : http://code.google.com/p/squeakgtk/
* A new image which autostart the Gtk user interface :p
